Financial Due Diligence

Financial due diligence is an investigative analysis of the financial performance of a company. Similar to an audit, financial due diligence is conducted by outsiders looking to gain a better understanding of the financial situation that the company finds itself in, and its prospects for the future.

Merger

a new company should reflect only the opening Balance agreements relative to equity (both, common stock and preferred), liabilities(if any) to any of the partners (or to a third party) and of course, all the Assets pertaining to the new company.

Feasibility Study

A feasibility study is a detailed analysis that considers all of the critical aspects of a proposed project in order to determine the likelihood of it succeeding. Success in business may be defined primarily by return on investment, meaning that the project will generate enough profit to justify the investment.

Assessment of donor fund utilization

The selection of the respondents was determined based on their organizations’ high relation with the program. These are significance of their responsibility, the allocation of highest program’s funds/budget and proximity to Addis Ababa for data collection.
